Terms & Conditions

We’ve tried to keep our Terms & Conditions as clear and simple as possible, providing you with all the information we can (but not too much) about your transactions, so that you completely understand the whole process, from order to delivery and beyond. It’s really important to us that your shopping experience meets expectations, so please spend a few minutes and read on. You’ll need to accept our Terms & Conditions every time you make a purchase – they might change from time to time, so do check the date at the top of the page.

1. OUR CONTRACT AFTER YOU HAVE ORDERED
Once you submit an order, you’ll be given an Order Reference Number with details of the product(s) you have ordered together with a delivery tracking number. Sometimes we may have to hold our hands up and admit we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered), in this instance, we may have to cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the product(s), even if you have received your Order Confirmation email; accordingly, you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid. If this does happen we will notify you immediately to offer an alternative product or update you with an estimated delivery date.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All our prices are in UK pounds. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order and the delivery charge; you will see all these in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is processed once the order is submitted.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. You can also choose to pay with PayPal or utilise the Clearpay or Klarna option.
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

As above, we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior approval.
